Capital Edge Ice is in an early planning and validation phase. Information submitted through this site is used to understand community interest, evaluate potential demand and partnerships, and provide appropriate follow-up.
What we collect
The site may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, organization, role, areas of interest, people represented, estimated ice-use needs, partnership interests, and notes included in a form.
How we use submitted information
Submitted information is used for project planning, demand validation, outreach, relationship management, community-impact analysis, and appropriate follow-up. Information may be summarized in aggregate to evaluate program demand, geographic interest, access needs, and partnership opportunities.
Optional site analytics
Capital Edge uses optional analytics cookies to understand how visitors move through the site and which content generates interest. The site works normally if you decline. You can change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer.
Project email updates
If you affirmatively ask to receive Capital Edge project updates, your email address, selected update preferences, and limited profile information may be shared with our email-delivery provider for that purpose. Project emails may use standard email technologies, including tracking pixels and tagged links, to measure delivery, opens, and link interactions so we can understand whether communications are useful. You can unsubscribe from project email updates using the link included in those messages.
Service providers
The site currently uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Airtable for project and relationship records, Mailgun for submission notifications, MailerLite for permissioned project-email delivery and email-engagement measurement, Google Analytics for optional site measurement, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.
How we protect it
Form submissions are transmitted over a secure connection. Access to submitted information is limited to people helping evaluate, organize, or follow up on Capital Edge inquiries. The site does not ask for payment-card information, account passwords, government identification numbers, medical records, or other sensitive personal records.
What we do not do
- We do not sell submitted form information.
- We do not treat an interest form as a registration, contract, investment commitment, or binding agreement.
- We do not use submitted information to imply that a facility, program, timeline, site, financing plan, or investment opportunity is guaranteed.
- We do not present early website interest as contracted or underwriting-grade demand.
Questions, corrections, or removal requests
To ask a question, correct submitted information, stop receiving project updates, or request removal from the project inquiry list, contact [email protected]. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or project-record purposes.
